Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging tech (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Author thought leadership pieces for MIT Tech Review and World Economic Forum
- Design human-centered adaptation frameworks for workforce evolution
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biometric interfaces)
- Guide sustainability initiatives aligning with UN SDG 2030 targets
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in trend analysis using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle and Delphi method
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research (peer-reviewed or industry reports)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising C-suite on paradigm shifts (minimum 5 engagements)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF) preferred
