Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on climate-tech disruption
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Scan' reports with predictive market analysis
- Architect cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT and Stanford research partners
- Advocate for responsible AI governance frameworks at global policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate-tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research (IEEE/MIT press preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent advanced degree (required)
- Experience advising boards on exponential technology risks and opportunities
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year horizon planning implementations
