- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable insights for board-level decision-making
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio supporting moonshot projects
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Mentor next-generation futurists through Horizon's Future Leaders program
- Present at global forums like Davos and Web Summit on 2026 technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future technology roles
- Proven track record of translating complex tech trends into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Published thought leadership in journals like Future Journal or Wired
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Foresight, Delphi)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-strategy implementations
