Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics) with 2026-2030 implications
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients adapting to post-2025 market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing organizational structures
- Produce trend briefings and predictive models for emerging regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley Innovation Lab
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or sustainability futures
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into executable business strategies
- Strong network with futurists, technologists, and academic research institutions
