Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize emerging tech trends (AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, biotech convergence) to create 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions affecting global markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future consumer behavior predictions
- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Reports' with data-backed innovation recommendations for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts through rapid experimentation cycles
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-leading business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
