Responsibilities
- Analyze quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech convergence points to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for AI governance and ethical deployment challenges
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports predicting disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Advise C-suite on strategic pivots for decentralized web and Web3 infrastructure
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and global innovation accelerators
- Design immersive foresight workshops for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 disruptions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight or emerging technology analysis
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and scenario simulation platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-oriented product launches or policy initiatives
- Deep understanding of neurotechnology, synthetic biology, and climate adaptation markets
