Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and sustainable growth strategies across our global ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop actionable strategic scenarios for C-suite leadership and board committees
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align 100+ stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author annual Horizon Scan reports with predictive modeling and risk assessments
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2030+ challenges
- Represent Horizon at global futurist forums (WEF, Singularity Summit)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or tech innovation labs
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or climate adaptation
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (Shell, WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategy implementations
- Certified Futurist (CFP) designation strongly preferred
