Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ trends across AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term planning
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Produce thought leadership content on emerging paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Strong background in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience developing scenario planning frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
