- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 18-24 month commercialization horizons
- Deliver quarterly trend briefings to C-suite executives with actionable strategic recommendations
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints to validate future-concept feasibility
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-tech authority
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or Technology Management; PhD preferred
- 5+ years experience in technology strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future-focused roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Exceptional presentation skills translating complex futures into executive-ready insights
