Responsibilities

- Develop actionable 5-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal forecasts
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce executive-level foresight reports with quantitative and qualitative impact assessments
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) and their implications
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
