Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI ethics, biointegration, and space habitation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives on disruptive futures
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying paradigm-shifting innovations
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging neural and quantum technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready human-computer interfaces
- Advise policymakers on regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Curate 'Future Forward' speaker series with industry pioneers
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published work on human-machine evolution or ethical tech governance
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
