Responsibilities

- Lead 'Future Scenario Planning' workshops with C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Design innovation frameworks that bridge emerging technologies with real-world applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused methodologies and innovation thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of developing successful 5-10 year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (portfolio required)
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
