- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough opportunities and investment targets
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
