- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and societal patterns to forecast 2026+ opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients adopting emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Produce scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and lead a dedicated futurist innovation incubator
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech architecture
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, WFS)
