Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026-2030
- Develop quantitative and qualitative frameworks for assessing emerging market opportunities
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications and conferences
- Mentor junior analysts on future methodology and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., ACFS preferred)
