- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive market analysis
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize breakthrough innovation projects
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or trend analysis for tech/consulting
- Expertise in scenario modeling and predictive analytics tools
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Experience with Delphi methods and horizon scanning techniques
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
