Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Develop predictive models for market disruption scenarios through 2030
- Architect strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients adopting future-ready technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on innovation priorities
- Author white papers and trend reports published in MIT Technology Review and similar platforms
- Coordinate with academic partners at Stanford, MIT, and ETH Zurich for joint research initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary 'Futurecasting Framework' methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
