Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive threats and market catalysts
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee innovation pipeline management and R&D prioritization
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
