- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future-readiness across business units
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Maintain proprietary horizon scanning database with AI-assisted trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE, horizon scanning)
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools and scenario planning software
