Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Horizon Dynamics' 2026 innovation strategy across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with 5-year market potential impact
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps
- Present trend insights to clients and at international innovation conferences
- Oversee implementation of pilot projects for emerging technologies
- Pioneer new methodologies for long-term trend forecasting and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Technology, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech trends
