- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design human-centric frameworks for technology adoption across enterprise operations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on industry disruption
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technological forecasts into actionable business opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology trends
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
