Responsibilities

- Produce annual trend reports with data-driven predictions for 2026+ landscape
- Partner with R&D to prioritize future-focused innovation initiatives
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing business models
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or sustainable tech
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
