Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for alternative futures and systemic risks
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate innovation pipelines and technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Monitor horizon scanning initiatives and maintain proprietary trend intelligence database
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation abilities to influence C-level decision-makers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
