- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused products and services
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 innovation milestones
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in trend forecasting and scenario planning for tech-driven markets
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, renewables)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic initiatives implemented post-2020
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
