Responsibilities

- Lead innovation workshops on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports with predictive analytics and actionable insights
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Adv Fortune 500 CEOs on future-proofing business models against black swan events
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, AGI, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technology impacts (Harvard/MIT/MIT Press)
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (STEEP, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across APAC, EU, and Americas
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and their intersection with corporate strategy
- Portfolio of 3+ future-proofing projects for multinational organizations
