- Orchestrate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Deliver executive briefings and whitepapers on future-proofing methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational adaptability and innovation maturity
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-proofing frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and system dynamics modeling
