Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and market shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work and societal transformation
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and domain experts
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and government committees
- Oversee implementation of pilot projects for future-ready solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leader in future-focused publications (e.g., HBR, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with AI-driven foresight tools and data visualization platforms
