Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for 3-5 year horizon disruptions
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof products and services
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic readiness against 2026 milestones
- Present future-state insights to executive leadership and investor boards
- Curate thought leadership content positioning our vision for 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Expertise in technology forecasting and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of executing long-term transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of AI, climate tech, and human augmentation trends
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
