Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech to identify disruptive trends for 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for market entry and competitive positioning in emerging sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizational resilience against technological discontinuities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects targeting 2026 commercialization windows
- Advise executive board on portfolio diversification and M&A opportunities in future markets
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of accurately predicting technological and societal shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and disruption assessment frameworks

- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategy
