Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and socioeconomic trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for climate adaptation, AI governance, and space commercialization
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in metaverse infrastructure and neurotech
- Author thought leadership publications on ethical AI, quantum applications, and sustainable urbanism
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 clients on digital transformation 2.0
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry innovators
- Present strategic briefings to board members on emerging risks and opportunities in synthetic biology and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- Published work on exponential technologies or long-term societal impact (peer-reviewed or industry journals)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, bioengineering, and AGI development trajectories
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technological disruption and business model evolution
- Portfolio demonstrating successful translation of future insights into commercial opportunities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) or equivalent practical experience
