- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize innovation portfolios based on market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Build and maintain a network of global futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify ROI of emerging technology investments through scenario modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech strategies
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futurist studies
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology or business publications
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFMP) preferred
