Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and quantify emerging trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with technological convergence and societal shifts
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for disruptive technologies and market dynamics
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into product development pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at major innovation conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through innovation initiatives and transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications preferred
