Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities for 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and innovation roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Author high-impact future-state whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that influenced business decisions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board members
