Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional sprints to integrate emerging tech (quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces) into core business models
- Author Horizon Dynamics' annual State of 2026 industry forecast report
- Design ethics-by-default protocols for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Facilitate C-suite workshops on exponential technology adoption pathways
- Build and mentor a dedicated futures research incubator team
- Establish KPIs for measuring paradigm shift readiness across organizational units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-technology convergence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or exponential technology journals
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies (e.g., WFS, APF) or relevant PhD
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
- Experience with predictive analytics platforms (e.g., Palantir, Dataiku)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting strategic implementations
