Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze 2026 technology convergence points (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for 3-5 year horizon
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and ethics teams
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and industry forums
- Curate and maintain a 2026 technology ecosystem map
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks in product development
- Partner with academic institutions for emerging research integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, biotech ethics
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Strategy preferred
