Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and societal trend reports using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning
- Design strategic roadmaps for exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable energy)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-ready initiatives
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for long-term innovation impact
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in 2026+ landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and exponential technology assessment
- Proven track record of developing future-focused organizational strategies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience with AI trend analysis tools and predictive modeling platforms
