Responsibilities
- Scan global tech, social, and economic signals to identify 2026+ paradigm shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-readiness into corporate DNA
- Author quarterly horizon reports on biotech, space tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Build a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains (quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive communication
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
