Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, climate tech)
- Produce actionable scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author whitepapers on future economic and societal disruptions
- Curate annual 'Future Frontiers' summit for industry leaders
- Advise board members on long-term investment opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on exponential technologies (AI, biotech, energy)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Track record of implementing future-forward strategies
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographics, climate, geopolitics)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
