Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market impact

- Produce annual '2026 Tech Impact' reports for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Analyze geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption timelines
- Build proprietary forecasting algorithms using big data analytics
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and exclusive futurist forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of accurate 5-10 year tech trend predictions
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning frameworks
- Published thought leadership in futurism/tech journals
- Advanced proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AGI, and climate tech trajectories
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
