Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and consumer behavioral patterns affecting 2026
- Develop annual 'Future State' reports with strategic recommendations for board-level review
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-relevant solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across product, operations, and talent ecosystems
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend intelligence
- Present foresight findings at industry conferences and investor summits
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
