- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions targeting 2026 adoption curves
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term tech roadmaps
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-shaping analyses or frameworks
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on 5-10 year strategic pivots
