Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams on disruptive market forces
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and keynote presentations on industry evolution
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing products and services
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies and responsible innovation frameworks
- Develop KPIs to track organizational future-readiness and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Proven experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, sustainable tech, or digital identity systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Track record of influencing C-suite decisions with future-oriented insights
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., WFS) or innovation methodologies
