- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present future trend analyses to executive leadership and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption curves
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with venture-style due diligence
- Author thought leadership on exponential technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Proven track record in scaling exponential technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on 2025+ technology adoption patterns
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of futuristic concepts
- Certification in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
