Responsibilities

- Lead client workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum domains
- Author executive briefings on emerging market disruptions and competitive threats
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite executives and investment committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency with AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
