Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociological trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing integration and AI governance
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in metaverse and biotech domains
- Present quarterly trend forecasts to executive stakeholders with data-driven risk assessments
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., from World Future Society) required
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
