- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author predictive whitepapers and thought leadership content for C-suite executives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and market entry strategies
- Establish competitive advantage through horizon scanning and early-mover opportunity identification
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis and scenario-planning methodologies
- Mastery of foresight tools (Delphi method, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
