- Present trend-driven insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports on 2026 industry disruptions
- Build and maintain an external futurist ecosystem (academia, startups, think tanks)
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning for 2026+ horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented strategic foresight
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Futures Platform)
