Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap across AI, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year transformative potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Collaborate with global research institutions on future-focused initiatives
- Drive adoption of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding for priority 2026 projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching initiatives with 10+ year impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or space tech
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (preferred but not required with exceptional portfolio)
- Published author on future trends or technology foresight
- Experience securing >$10M in R&D funding
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
