- Champion 'future-back' thinking methodologies to disrupt conventional business models
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and futurist think tanks
- Quantify market potential and ROI for emerging technologies and business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience leading global remote teams across cultural boundaries
