Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to define 2026 market opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, marketing, and engineering teams
- Present future scenarios to investors, board members, and government partners
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications and conferences
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, blockchain)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published work in futures research or technology forecasting
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with global policy and sustainability frameworks
